Suurkudu pull on suur, lausa nii suur, et ei mahu korralikult pildile ära :) Isasloomad võivad kududel kaaluda lausa kuni 300 kg ning turjakõrgus võib ulatuda 160 cm-ni. Pildil olev isend on siiski üsna noor ning seda võib öelda sarvede järgi. Täiskasvanud isastel on võimsad sarved - kuni 180 cm pikad ja need keerduvad kasvades vähemalt 2,5 täisringi. Modelli "väikesed nukid" viitavad, et loom on vaevalt üle aasta vana. Krugeri rahvuspark, LAV.
The bull of greater kudu is big, even that big that it does not fit on the photo :) The males can weigh up to 300 kilos and stand up to 160 cm tall at the shoulder. The one on the photo, though, is quite young and you can tell it looking at the horns. Full grown bulls have magnificent horns - up to 180 cm long with at least two and a half twists. The "tiny knobs" of the model tell that this animal is about 1 year old. Kruger National Park, South Africa.
