Krabi-ööhaigur jalga puhkamas pärast tugevat vihmasadu, Frio jõe
kaldal, Caño Negro kaitsealal, Costa Ricas. Ööhaigur on ta seetõttu, et
jahti krabilistele, vähilistele, putukatele ja kaladele peab ta
meelsasti öösiti (kuigi võib seda teha ka päeval).
The toes are out.
Yellow-crowned Night-heron resting on the bank of Frio river
in Caño Negro Wildlife Refuge, Costa Rica after heavy rain. It is
called night-heron because it prefers to hunt for crustaceans,
insects, fish and worms at night (although it does hunt also during
the day).
