Ei, see ei ole järjekordne kajakas. See on hoopis üle meetri pikkune ning kohati ole 3-meetrise (!!) tiivasiruulatusega regent-albatross (maoori keeles Toroa). Täiesti ainulaadne kogemus on neid "lendavaid vasikaid" pea kohal tiirutamas ja ka pesitsuspaigas ringi tatsamas näha. Kui kauged meresaared välja jätta, siis on selliseks vaatluseks ainus võimalus maailmas Taiaroa Headis, Otago poolsaare tipus, Uus-Meremaal.
No, this is not another seagull. It is actually northern royal albatross (Toroa in maori) that is typically over 1 metres tall and has a wingspan more than 3 metres!! It is a unique experience to see these "flying calfs" circling above you or wandering around in their nesting place. Remote ocean islands excluded, Taiaroa Head in Otago peninsula, New Zealand is the only place in the world where you can have this kind of experience.
