Jalad pikast (ja väga aeglasest) kükakil kõndimisest valusad, jõudsin lõpuks kitsedele piisavalt lähedale, et kõrte vahelt välja hiilida ning võtta nad "sihikule". Veel üks samm ja... krõps... mingi pagana oks oli rohu all! Mõtlesin juba, et kas tõesti jään kohe vahele ja kogu see pingutus oli asjata.
My feet were hurting from the long (and very slow) squat walk when I finally was close enough to step out of the high stalks and get ready to "shoot". Just one more step and...crack...there was some kind of branch under the grass! I already thought that I will be caught right there and then and all this effort was in vain.
Jäin täiesti liikumatuks ja õnneks ka tuul ei reetnud mind, mistõttu mõne minuti pärast jätkasid sokud lõunatamist. Pärnumaa.
I kept really steady and did not move and fortunately the wind also did not give me away so these roe bucks continued with their lunch after couple of minutes. Pärnumaa, Estonia.
