Guanacaste provintsi rohelised (ja väga tuulised künkad) Costa Ricas. Tuuline on seal kogu aeg ning seda seetõttu, et Vaikse ookeanini jääb 100 kilomeetrit ning Kariibi mereni 150 kilomeetrit lauskmaad. Olles ainus kõrgem koht selles koridoris, ongi mäekesed võimsate ookeani-iilide meelevallas.
Kõrgetest kohtadest rääkides, pean nüüd ära mainima, et ühe Costa Ricas tehtud pildiga õnnestus mul saavutada Dreamstime'i fotoportaali minikonkursil "Ole lahke" auhinnaline kolmas koht. Seda fotot näeb siin.
The green (an very windy) hills of Guanacaste province, Costa Rica. It is windy there all the time because these slopes are situated 100 km from Pacific Ocean and 150 km from Caribbean Sea. As these kilometers are mostly flat and those higher places are the only elevation in that corridor, nothing stops the ocean and sea winds before they reach here.
When talking about the higher places, I have to mention that I managed to win a third place with a photo taken in Costa Rica in a mini-competition called "Be kind" in stock photo portal Dreamstime. You can see the photo here.
